Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Qansh, we work hard to deliver premium quality every time. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
In rare cases of a defective item or incorrect product received, Qansh will arrange a redelivery of the same correct product once your claim is verified.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must share a clear unpacking video on WhatsApp (+91 9820363775) within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be shown unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

Once verified, Qansh will:

  • Approve your claim and arrange a reverse pickup, followed by

  • Redelivering the same product (no store credit or refund will be issued).

Please note:
Claims without a valid unpacking video or submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.


EXCHANGES (Size Only)

We understand sizing can sometimes go wrong.

Exchange Rules:

  • Exchange is available only for size issues

  • Must be requested within 48 hours of delivery

  • Only one-time exchange per order

  • A fee of ₹100 must be paid via the QR sent on WhatsApp (+91 9820363775) (this covers reverse logistics charges)

  • Exchange is subject to availability of size


NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN / EXCHANGE IF:

  • Product is used, washed, worn, or damaged after delivery

  • No unboxing video is provided for defective product claim

  • Request is raised after the specified time window

  • More than one exchange request for the same order

  • Product tags or original labels have been removed — items with removed tags are not eligible for return or exchange.
