At Qansh, we work hard to deliver premium quality every time. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
In rare cases of a defective item or incorrect product received, Qansh will arrange a redelivery of the same correct product once your claim is verified.
To qualify for a replacement:

You must share a clear unpacking video on WhatsApp (+91 9820363775) within 24 hours of delivery.

The product must be shown unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
Once verified, Qansh will:

Approve your claim and arrange a reverse pickup, followed by

Redelivering the same product (no store credit or refund will be issued).
Please note:
Claims without a valid unpacking video or submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
EXCHANGES (Size Only)
We understand sizing can sometimes go wrong.
Exchange Rules:

Exchange is available only for size issues

Must be requested within 48 hours of delivery

Only one-time exchange per order

A fee of ₹100 must be paid via the QR sent on WhatsApp (+91 9820363775) (this covers reverse logistics charges)

Exchange is subject to availability of size
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN / EXCHANGE IF:

Product is used, washed, worn, or damaged after delivery

No unboxing video is provided for defective product claim

Request is raised after the specified time window

More than one exchange request for the same order
- Product tags or original labels have been removed — items with removed tags are not eligible for return or exchange.
